JDBC-90401:Connection refused by server
확인해야 할 것.
1. 서버에서 tibero가 실행되고 있는지

아무 생각없이 윈도를 재부팅을 했더니 tibero가 올라오지 않은 걸 생각하지 못하고 있었다.
tibero가 설치된 폴더/bin 으로 이동(도스 창에서, 관리자모드)
tbboot 를 했더니..
Listener port = 8629
Tibero 5 SP1

Tibero_tibero is stopped or disabled. Please confirm the service state or event logs (Application / System)
라고 나온다.
그래서
tbdown clean 을 해주고
다시 tbboot를 해주니 잘 올라온다.
2. 방화벽이 열려 있는지
확인방법 telnet 1.1.1.1 8629
잘 되는 것 확인하고 이클립스 연결하니 잘 된다.
아. 그러고 보니 티베로 설치하고 리스너관련해서는 따로 설정해주진 않았는데... 일단은 잘 연결된다.
